Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor
As an integral member of the team, the Personal Trainer is responsible for generating revenue through the sales of Personal Training/Group Classes and providing quality, results-oriented programming to clients while motivating and inspiring them to achieve performance and fitness objectives.
Summary of Duties and Expectations
- Generate revenue through Personal Training/Group Class Sales
- Achieve monthly personal training goals
- Provide on-going exceptional service to existing clients
- Prospect for clients by promoting incentives, company programs, consulting, marketing and goal setting
- Manage all incoming and past personal training leads
- Motivate, inspire, educate, and train clients through sessions using appropriate programs based on needs, goals and preferences
- Evaluate and adjust programs when necessary
- Remain punctual for appointments and follow proper cancellation procedure
- Utilize sales tools provided, including but not limited to: binder, consultation forms, business cards, pricing presentation sheets, testimonials and seminar presentations
- Follow-up on outstanding and overdue accounts
- Complete a Par-Q form for every client
- Complete the Service Agreement and consistently apply knowledge at all times
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions
- Consistently update health and fitness knowledge through workshops, certifications and seminars
- Complete necessary administration tasks as required to include agreements, change forms, hours changed and agreement forms, client tracking sheets, call logs and binders
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment and work out area
- Maintain a high level of personal fitness
Customer Care Representative
As an integral member of the team, the Customer Care Representative is responsible for all aspects of customer care.
Summary of Duties and Expectations
- Wants to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty
- Has intimate knowledge of the customers needs
- Has empathy for the customers situation
- Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
- Talks in a way the customer can understand
- Has a "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers
- Works accurate and with eye for detail
- Handles in the best interest of both customer and company
- Is able to use automated information systems to analyze the customers situation
- Is able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (eg. website, FAQ, etc)
- Has a pleasant, friendly style
- Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer (not a "job-hopper")
- Efficient in all Microsoft office computer programs
- Efficient in all social media programs
- Efficient in responding to and writing emails
- Ability to generate sales
