What is a Private/Semi Private Session?
A Private or Semi Private session consists of one on one coaching from a certified personal fitness trainer. This trainer teaches you, motivates you, and gets you to work hard consistently while following a detailed fitness and nutrition plan which the trainer develops for you based on your goals. (A Semi Private Session is when one of our fitness trainers works with two to three individuals at a time.)
Private or Semi Private Personal training is the most effective method of achieving your health, fitness, and/or weight loss goals as it utilizes the most effective exercise and nutrition strategies while at the same time helps you to make continuous progress.
How will I benefit from working with our Professional Personal Trainers?
You WILL benefit in so many different ways... here's just a short list:

What kind of results can I expect with a Personal Trainer?
It honestly depends primarily on how bad you want to achieve your goals and how hard you are willing to work. Our professional personal training programs will allow you to get the most out of your fitness and nutrition.
On average, most clients lose approximately 2 pounds of body fat (not scale weight) per week and often will lose 5-15 pounds in a 4 week period.

How often should I meet with a Personal Trainer?
This will depend upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your time availability and your budget.
On average, most clients do best when they meet with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week... less than that many people will lose motivation and not get the results they seek.
Here are a few questions to ask yourself when determining how often you'll meet with your trainer...
1. How fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?
The more frequently you meet with your trainer the faster you'll see results and achieve your goals. There are several reasons for this... consistency, accountability, motivation, guidance, you'll work much harder with your trainer than on your own, etc.
2. How much experience with exercise do you have and how much do you really know?
Although many people have exercised before you may not know the necessary or correct steps to get the body/health you desire. Personal Trainers spend years studying and our primary focus is to help make positive changes with your body and health. Think about it, if you don't know taxes are you going to try and figure it all out by yourself or have someone help you? You may make several errors and end up owing the Government allot of money! It's the same with your training. You may make several errors with your fitness program and not get the body you desire! Why leave your fitness results to chance?
How long are the Private/Semi Private sessions?
We offer 30 minute and 60 minute Private and Semi Private Training sessions.

It's kind of hard to give pricing without knowing a little more about your health, fitness level, eating habits and situation.

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, we offer flexible payment terms to suit your budget for all our services. Most customers use our monthly payment option and place their payments on a credit card or have automatic withdrawals from their chequing account.

Do you offer In Home Personal Training?
Do you offer group or couples Training?
Yes, we offer Semi Private training for couples or small groups of three. This is often a very affordable option for most as the cost for training ends up being less per person. Click here to learn more.
Do I get a nutrition help with my Personal Training Program?
Yes, your Personal Training program comes with a nutrition plan that you must follow and report to your trainer. For those who need more in depth help with nutrition and or counseling our Meal Planning service is available.
What is your Meal Planning Service?
Our Meal Planning Service are for those who are confused about what to eat to achieve their weight loss/gain goals? We'll sit down with you and plan your meals for the week including recipes and tips for body transformation success. In addition, we'll teach you how to increase energy and better your health!

It's hard to give you exact pricing because the price for our Meal Planning service varies depending on the length you decide to stay with us but we can tell you that your price will range from $20 to $30 per 30 minute session.
