My journey begins nearly 40 yrs ago when I was in Jr. High School as a 13 yr. old boy weighing nearly 230 lbs. I remember kids walking past me in school would puff their cheeks out at me because of my weight issues.
At 18 yrs. old I started to "diet" and workout in the gym. I would be on this rollercoaster ride for the next 27 yrs. doing the same thing and expecting different results, that is until I was introduced to this very system I implement today. I committed myself to the system and loss 15lbs. - 19.5 in. and 15.6% body fat. I not only became a believer, but decided to dedicate my life as a Weight Loss Coach and NutraMetrix Consultant.
